"Cuts better than I expected"
I’d give this 5 stars easily. The cutting performance is really solid, and I thought it might struggle in thicker grass, but actually it powered through better than my old mower ever did.
I tried it after letting the lawn get a little out of hand, which usually means I’m going back over spots a bunch of times. This time it left a clean cut on the first pass for the most part, so that was a nice surprise.
The blades seem sharp and the lawn looks even when I’m done. I was going to say I’m cautiously happy with it, but no, I’m just happy with it so far. No real complaints from me.

It works fine overall, but the battery doesn’t last quite as long as I thought it would. I’d say it runs for maybe a few hours before needing a charge, and charging it back up takes around a couple hours or so. Not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind

I ordered from husqvarna.com expecting the shipping to be straightforward, especially since they gave me an estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, the tracking didn’t update much for several days, and the package ended up arriving later than promised. I also reached out to customer service and didn’t get a quick response, which made the wait more frustrating. The product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but based on what I expected from the delivery process, it was definitely disappointing

"Good, even if it’s a little pricey"
It works fine and I’m not saying it’s a bad product or anything. I just feel like for the price, it should’ve come with a few more extras or maybe used parts that felt a bit less cheap. It does what it’s supposed to do, so I’m not mad about it, but I do think the cost is a little high for what you get.

I sent my mower in for a warranty issue thinking it would be straightforward, but it turned into weeks of getting bounced back and forth, husqvarna kept telling me to check with the dealer and then the dealer kept saying they were waiting on husqvarna to approve it, so basically nobody wanted to actually take ownership of the problem.
After all that they ended up denying the claim anyway and didn’t really give me a clear reason why, it felt like they just dragged it out until I gave up, really frustrating experience and the support was disappointing

It was easy overall, but a few parts threw me off a bit. I got through it fine, just had to reread a couple things becuase they weren’t super clear.

"Felt like I was getting the runaround"
I’m not 100% sure what was going on behind the scenes, but it really felt like the dealer kept sending me in circles. I reached out to the service center and never got a call back, so I was left just waiting and guessing what to do next.

"Good help, just sorta had to wait a bit"
I had to reach out to husqvarna with a question about a part, and they actually got back to me faster than I expected. The first response was sorta basic, but once I replied with more info, they got it sorted out fine. It wasn’t perfect, but they were friendly and did follow up, so overall I’m happy enough.

"Worked great at first, then became a headache"
At first, I was happy with it and thought it was going to be reliable. But after a while, it just kept breaking down, and every repair felt like a whole ordeal. i kept thinking, why is this so complicated? It ended up being more hassle than it was worth.

"Why are mower parts always gone?!"
I swear, every time I need a part for my mower, it’s like the whole universe decided to buy them first. I checked again and, of course, everything I needed was out of stock. So frustrating it almost made me want to launch the mower into the sun.

"Could be sturdier for the price"
It worked fine at first, so I was hopeful, but after a few months some of the parts started feeling loose. For what it costs, I think most customers would expect something a little more solid and longer lasting.

The repair took a little longer than I expected, but I had a good feeling about the service and decided to trust my instinct. It works great now, so I’m happy with how it turned out
