"DANGER - FIRE HAZZARD"
I purchased a 130C trimmer for our yard last fall. It has about 15 hours run time on it. Today, I fueled it (with Husq premix fuel and I did not overfill) and started it. The machine back fired and caught on fire. This product needs to be recalled. I was 15 feet from a propane tank and 15 feet from the house. I watched the fuel tank compress as the carburator pulled fuel to feed the fire. It took 30 minutes with a garden hose to put out the fire. I am grateful it did not blow up and kill me and also grateful that the only damage is the yard. Terrible product, very unsafe!!!! I would give 0 stars but it is not an option.

What used to be a great company is no longer . I have ordered snow blower parts that were supposed to show up in February and the promised date of arrival has come and gone three times as promised .Useless institution and will never purchase there products again.

"Incorrect manual information and meaningless warranty"
I bought a 135 Mk11 chainsaw partly on the basis that Husqvarna said it could cut logs up to 30cm. It can, but is not powerful enough to do so on a regular basis. After 20 hours of use, the last three of which was after a dealer service, it died. The piston and cylinder were badly scored. Husqvarna declined to cover it under warranty on the basis that the failure was due to inadequate lubrication. That is so disingenuous, because the fuel used was the 1:50 ratio specified in the owner's manual. A range of ratios is not set out.
So, if you follow the manual, and your saw fails because of the fuel mixture, that failure - apparently - is your fault. Like many companies Husqvarna is happy to take your money, but reluctant to honour their much touted warranty, which clearly is not worth the paper it's written on.

"395xp broke down 4 weeks for a110 dollar part"
Bought a 395 Xp saw first of October to fall large oak trees …. Saw runs great used probably 20 hrs run time had a problem with bolts not staying tight on cylinder cover but is a beast of saw 12 of December saw would not shut off with kill switch didn’t need for a couple weeks took to dealer and was told coil is bad on back order till Jan 12 then the next week it is January 18…. So I email husqvarna warranty department two days later I am told to email customer service,,, they tell me oh no that part is available at another dealer … so I call my dealer and he says they have to ok the part shipment so he gets reimbursed for it…. Email customer service same person responses oh I have to make ticket on that and they will get with you in 2 to 4 days ….. done with this told dealer just get the part I will pay the hundred and ten dollars plus shipping….. never dealt with a more incompetent customer service department in my life…. Own 4 husky saws will never buy another after this

"HUSQVARNA - "BAH HUMBUG" FORGET THEM!!"
If HUSQVARNA could be given negative (-) ratings they would have EARNED THEM!! We owned NOT 1, NOT 2, but 3 HUSQVARNA MOWERS, were happy and wanted to buy a fourth (4th)...Ooops-a mistake- DEALER(S) had NONE in stock - had NO IDEA when/if they would even get them...tried to phone HUSQVARNA - CHARLOTTE, NC - NOTHING - NADA - ZILCH!! Subsequent written letters to 8 (eight) Corporate Individuals - mailed Aug. 30, 2022 in CHARLOTTE, NC has produced NOTHING - NADA -ZILCH!! NEGLECT? ARROGANCE?? INDIFFERENCE??? I / WE tried - HUSQVARNA did NOTHING!!!
